Used to have a Fitbit HR Charge until the strap got damaged and could not replace it. The band replacement, waterproofing, better screen and excellent battery life, were the features that made me change from Fitbit to Polar, it just made it attractive to me (looks a lot better too, more elegant design). It does a better job at everything than my Fitbit. I hated to take off my Fitbit at every shower or other water related activities. The wrist HR sensor only turns on when exercise mode is active which is great, especially during sleep which any kind of glow may keep you awake. The Polar Flow app is intuitive, easy to follow, and setup was easy. I will definitely recommend this activity tracker to my friends. Did I also mention that it charges using a micro-usb cable! No need to have an extra charger/cable to get your band charged up! It is simple and awesome!

Great scale. It only does Weight and BMI. However, it does NOT require a wifi connection to send info to a phone. So many others say they are wireless but require wifi and being a full-time RV'er, I do not always have a wifi connection. When the scale says OK, it is on my phone and put directly into S-Health over Bluetooth. If you want it to send wifi, it will. It is also very accurate. I have been using Polar since the mid 90's. Had several of their Fit Watches. If it says Polar, it is quality built gear!

I wasn't planning on buying a smart scale, but I have a lot of Polar gear and was stuck at a weight loss plateau. I wanted a scale to keep at my office where I do my workouts.I bought it and began using it with the Polar Flow app and my Polar loop 2 and H7 heart rate monitor.Basically, you weigh yourself and set a goal.( mine was 10 pounds in 10 weeks) The program suggested 7 weeks, so I went with their suggestion. Then it adjusts your daily activity goal and gives suggestions to cut calories so that you stay on track to lose the weight. It really kept me motivated and on track. I lost the 10 pounds in 5 weeks. Is it worth $100? Maybe. For me it was, since I was near the end of a year long weight loss goal.I ended up losing 50 pounds overall, but those last ten would have been a lot more challenging and taken far longer without the scale.Plus, it is a really nice scale.
