The first died right after the warranty, thanks Best Buy. Then Best Buy lowered the price after we ordered and wouldn't match the price drop because it was delivered and not still in transit. Otherwise, it works great and get's daily use. The issues we ran into with the first one was wiring in the hinge rubbed, exposing a wire and shorting the screen. Highly recommend this, do not recommend Best Buy for car A/V.
