If you have an apartment and limited space the PQP will be your best friend. It will replace your slow cooker, you old pressure cooker and if you have a sous vid you can sell that too. This pot can cook in all of those styles. My only fault is I wish it came with the accessories needed to do some of the more creative meals.

To find a single product that does so many different things is pretty amazing. But that also means there are a lot of steps to master I'm still learning but so far, the things I've tried have come out well. Best advice: study the manual and watch a bunch of YouTube videos before diving in.
