Murdered: Soul Suspect was a game I was interested in playing since appeared to be original. Unfortunately, the game is fairly mediocre. It's a short action adventure game that feels like a mishmash of several mediocre styles. The puzzles aren't challenging, the stealth sequences are pigeonholed into the game and don't really fit at all, and searching for clues is mundane. The story and the setting are somewhat interesting and I feel like if they were properly executed Murdered: Soul Suspect could be been a great game. Unfortunately, they aren't and this game is fairly forgettable.

So I've been curious on this game for a while. Not a ton of action but fun game to dwell into the story. I completed it maybe in 6 hours or so, which some say is short but I only purchased for $20. It was a good Thanksgiving. Good game, if you like having an interactive type story with some action.

Played the game along with my teenage daughters and enjoyed solving the mystery. Very atmospheric game and some solid side-missions stories. Easy to play (probably too easy, might have died twice in a complete play through), but worth it for the spooky story.
