This griddle works well. I like the removable legs for easy storage, but it would be nice if there was a way to keep them attached to it. The non-stick surface seems to be holding up well though we don't use it all the often and then only for pancakes or French toast. As with most griddles I have used, it does have an area where the element is that is hotter and cooks faster than the rest. It does make a pattern on the food as mentioned in other reviews, but doesn't bother me. Overall a good griddle!

Perfectly cooked steak in the souve and seared to perfection using the Presto griddle. It maintained a high, even temperature for a large surface area. The non-stick surface is superior to the ceramic it replaced.
