medium to light construction means cannot contain sufficient steam pressure to get the best flavor , but is better than the flimsiest so called espresso makers which merely perk one cup of coffee. coffee produced is better than perked but not the best. . good value for the low price. screw threads are smooth and easy to start. cleans easily. looks good in black. pouring requires attention as the top leaves little spout clearance, requiring gentle pouring.

lightweight but adequate to have enough pressure to make okay espresso. easy assembly to load and clean ; threaded bodies go together easily and do not deteriorate. you wont get really strong espresso from it because it doesn't develop enough steam to do that. but it is much better than most low cost espresso makers which really only perk coffee. a good buy

This particular espresso maker is ok. I feel that it is made a little cheaper than brands of comparable pricing. The filter attachment feels like it could easily bend. And you really need to tighten the pot together to get the best pressure. Sometimes it does always seal correctly.
