Love this machine. Came with an iFIT free 1 year trial. I love it! For someone who is trying to get motivated to be more active..I love the concept of walking through a place like Fiji with a trainer telling you work out tips, coaching you, and giving you interesting facts about the area. It’s a nice distraction and the fact that they adjust the speed and incline makes it super easy to get your heart pumping! I did pay the fee to have it set up by geek squad and I would do it again. Worth it if you can swing it

I am giving this 3 stars. We received the treadmill weeks ago and put it together but discovered that the left leg bracket holes were drilled incorrectly and the treadmill could not be put together safely. After 2 video tech appointments with Proform they created a case with the manufacture Iconn. The part finally arrived this Wednesday. But we have not torn down the treadmill to replace the part and complete the build. We have not been able to use the treadmill since it arrived. I feel like I should get at least my points back for the hassle and lack of use. We had a 15 year old treadmill that died and this was to replace that one. Right now it looks like it is off to a rocky start. When we received the part from Icon the box was ripped open and torn. The part was not wrapped in the paper. It looks like the part was thrown in the box and along with twisted wrapping layed on top. There is a slight scuff mark on the leg but not big enough to return. I will have todo a follow up once it is built and tested. At this point I can not recommend this treadmill.

This treadmill costs $200 more than the screenless version, and for what? A screen that’s completely useless. I thought I’d be able to watch YouTube or Netflix while jogging, but nope—it’s locked down to shove iFIT in your face every day. All you actually get is basic workout stats that the cheaper model already shows. The kicker? The screen is literally an Android tablet with the ability to run apps, but they block everything just to force their garbage subscription nobody wants. Instead of making workouts easier, the screen makes them worse. You can’t just press start—you have to create an account, log in, then pick “Manual Workout” every single time. The physical Start button? Doesn’t work unless you go through the screen. And that screen is slow, clunky, disconnects from Wi-Fi constantly, sometimes takes minutes to boot, and even decides to run updates right when you’re trying to exercise. Save yourself the frustration—skip this brand and especially these so-called “smart” treadmills.

Customers value the Carbon T7 Smart Treadmill's ease of use, quality, and touchscreen. Many appreciate the iFIT integration and the relatively quiet operation, although some found assembly challenging. A few users reported issues with the running belt. Overall, the positive feedback on the user experience and features outweighs the negative comments regarding assembly and belt issues.
