
I ordered this machine and was very excited about it...until it arrived. The assembly team unboxed it and discovered broken pieces, as well as scratches and rust on the main part of the unit - as if it had been used and/or poorly stored/handled. It was immediately sent back with the promise of a new machine to be delivered in a couple of weeks. That order had to be rescheduled...as did the next two. Though I was assigned a very nice customer advocate (living in another country) who did her best to help me reschedule several times, I was finally informed by my local store management team that the item has been discontinued and that I would need to select another machine - nearly two months after I placed my original order. I'm not thrilled to say the least. I am going to keep my fingers crossed that the replacement that I order will be in better condition and arrive in a timelier fashion.

Machine is making loud noises, have been in contact with ifit repair services but they have not gotten back with me.
