The new Galaxy Watch3 has equivalent or slightly larger displays with a 1.2" screen on the 41mm version and a 1.4" screen on the larger 45mm model. The new Galaxy Watch3 also has more health and workout features, and SPO2 blood oxygen monitoring. In addition, the Galaxy Watch3 adds seven new workout activities. You can also activate workouts by voice and cast the Samsung Health app to Samsung TVs. Further, Galaxy Watch3 includes a training mode, which allows you to customize which metrics you’d like to display as complications, from VO2 to balance and stride.
