In some cases, you may be unable to renew your Geek Squad Protection plan. I would recommend giving Geek Squad a call at 1-800-433-5778 in October to see if it is an option. If it is eligible for renewal, you should receive an email to the address used to purchase the plan with a renewal notification.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You want to take it to best buy, they will look at the Go pro I think, then renew it. If you don't have a receipt I'm sure they can look it up by your information. Just pay for the next year and your done.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Before the plan ends you can simply call The Geek Squad at your local Best Buy and tell them you'd like to add on a 1 year, 2 year or 3 year plan. You can also call the regional Geek Squad support line located on your warranty paperwork. You will usually get an email before it ends offering an extension.
