• Your question is unclear. ReadyBoost is a way to use a separate flash-based drive as a cache to speed up a mechanical hard drive. ReadyBoost has NOTHING to do with RAM. Also, since this device already has flash-based storage, you will not see any improvements by turning ReadyBoost on.
