Prospective Dyson Owners: These warranties once stacked, but longer do. I read through the various editions of the terms and conditions and this was removed from the T&Cs in Oct 2019. I purchased a Dyson yesterday from Best Buy and was told by multiple employees in the store the Best Buy warranty begins after the Dyson warranty is over. I was very excited about combining the 5 year Dyson coverage with the 3 or 5 Best Buy Geek Squad Protection (GSP). However, when I received the full details of my warranty in my email today, it very clearly stated that the GSP expired 5 years from the date of purchase. Alarmed, I contacted Best Buy customer service immediately and was told these warranties no longer stack. I went back to the store, spoke to higher-level employees, and they confirmed this. I'm sure the vacuum is great. But, THE reason I purchased from Best Buy was the stacking coverage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dyson is different with this. You have five years with Dyson. Geek Squad is two years from date of purchase. If a failure occurs within the first two years G.S. will work great. If you use Dyson you ship to them and wait for your machine to be repaired.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe its for the the 2. If you look up your plans/policies, you'll see when your plan expires
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. On vacuums I was told it was in addition to the manufacture warranty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would ask a best buy member, that is a really goid question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is so old I don't know why it came up but anyway it looks like you have 2 years warranty with best buy and 5 with Dyson wish you have to contact them directly, not best buy.
