““Refurbished Excellent”. Is it a refurbished item like a broken screen or some kind of damage like a blue screen. And another question if it has some other errors what should I do”

Recertified products can be demo units, review units or customer returns. Unfortunately there is no way to determine why a particular model was recertified. With that said, these should be purchased with the expectation of some possible cosmetic issues, but the product should be in working condition.
