After several attempts to get it working with tracfone ive come to the conclusion this tcl phone is utter garbage as the lte 4g does not work, and i just wasted money purchasing unuseable data, what should i do, trash it ? null

You are correct. They do not work for cellular data at all. You can connect on wifi but that's 100% it. Garbage through and through.

You must have gotten a DOA phone, because mine was easy to setup, and was up and running within an hour. Been using mine for two days so far and it's been great. Most likely Tracfone will send you a new phone if you call their customer service, or access their tech support from a PC.

tracfone isn't much help. i got better service from at&t. If you're lucky to get a tracfone to work,
then accept the phone number you're assigned, and simply copy all your favs #'s from your old phone.
