Hi. This is Cristy from TracFone Wireless. The phone has Android 8.1.0 (Oreo). Please be informed that the operating system/software has been updated and modified to our service. Some of our phones may receive software updates from the original equipment manufacturer. However, we don't recommend it. Updating your software may cause some of your installed apps not working or even service interruption due to modifications done using a third party software program. Thank you.
