Try re setting by doing back to factory settings. If not, try customer service because they can do it remote.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you have activated your phone with Trakphone. Trakphone will do a test to make sure your phone can connect. Attempt to use a wifi network under your network/wifi settings by entering the SSID password. You should then be able to connect wirelessly. Hope this helps.
