A:AnswerApple rushed some of the units out to market, forgetting to set a proper model number in the firmware. It is a known and rather funny (in my opinion) rare mistake by Apple. Signed, your friendly neighborhood Geek Squad Agent.
A:AnswerIt does the job! I have two bulldogs that bark and anything that moves. Obviously it doesn’t cancel out the barking but it definitely makes it bearable.
A:AnswerSometimes I leave my phone in my truck when I get to work at the strip club and I’m on stage and get alerts in my ear from my phone so I’d say about 100’
A:AnswerYes. The case itself is a MagSafe capable charger and will hold the charge and then charge the ear buds when you put them in there. Or if the buds are already in there and the case is put on a MagSafe charger it’ll charge both of them. It also has a lightening port at the bottom so it can be charged wirelessly or with a lightening cable.
A:AnswerRefurbished AirPods pro are eligible for Best Buy's 15 day return policy. This is extended to 60 days for Best Buy TotalTech members.
However, refurbished AirPods Pro (2nd generation) are not yet available seeing as they are so new.
A:AnswerApple is trying to "diversify" their production lines, therefore some of their AirPods are made in China still, while some of the newer ones are made in Vietnam. All are designed in California by Apple however, so the quality should be the same regardless.
A:AnswerAs with many electronic devices, prolonged saturation will damage. Most say water resistant, which means they will resist sweat!! My daughter requested this particular type for her Army workouts she performs on a daily basis. Almost 2 months later.... still working spot on!!
A:AnswerAlert you when successfully charging(great reminder if you are using the wireless charging pad or the Apple Watch charger), when you lose them and you use the find my app on your iPhone to locate your AirPods before someone walks away with them
A:AnswerHave you tried different methods?
-Different cables?
-Different charging outlet?
-Wireless charging?
-Is the charging hole clean?
After doing all of these, try doing a hard reset if none of those work (long press back buttom until AirPods start blinking in orange)
If that doesn’t work, I would go to an Apple store or call Apple Support
