Will this work on iPhone 10 null

They worked with my IPhone 11 Pro Max!

Yes air tags are compatible with all iOS devices however unless you were on an iPhone 11 or 12 with the spatial chip there are certain features that will not be available and will narrow your ability to locate by distant via the AR finder

Some features (like precision finding) will not work with iPhone 10, but you should be able to use an iPhone 10 (if you also upgrade iOS to 14.5) to pair the tag with your apple ID and use the FindMy app to see the location and "ping" the device.
