They aren’t sticky on their own but there are plenty of products you could use. They also have key ring options.

As far as sticking I would say no due to the roundness of the shape even if u applied 3m tape or any other adhesive it wouldn't stick well, you will have to get creative to place it in weird objects such as drilling a hole or a secret pouch, also even though this is a type of tracker its only a Bluetooth type of tracking so there no guarantee you will find the lost item unless someone else with an iPhone passes nearby your said item.
