Hello. Yes, you could get free German channels if you have your stick “modded” otherwise you can download a paid subscription based application called Sling from the search section. I actually mod sticks, if needed.

Yes you can move to Germany or go to the germantv internet site and pay for a subscription then steam it to your TV from Google Cromecast
