Does it work with direct tv null

You don’t need directnTV for it to work. You need a separate HDMI cable and hookup. When you want to use your Apple TV switch HDMI to the Apple TV and use Apple remote to utilize the Apple TV.

You can actually download the app in the Apple TV. I have spectrum and I downloaded the app and still was able to watch cable on there.
