“If I wanted to keep my comcast internet but stop the cable tv would this be a good replacement for tv service? Comcast has become too costly for me so I am stopping my land line and getting a cell phone, bought a router, going to paperless billing.”

Personally I use a combination of broadcast tv with a Tivo plus supplementing that with an appetv. There’s lots of good free streaming services like Peacock and Tubi and CW Seed, and obviously pay services too. If you want a cable tv replacement though, those are obscenely priced, not something I can afford.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We cancelled Comcast for the same reason and just use our AppleTV because you can download TV apps and use HULU, Netflix, Prime, even CBS or NBC apps (for a fee) instead. Much cheaper!
