Is there a warranty with this device? null

All Apple products have a 1 year warranty and the option to purchase AppleCare+ (which in this case, provides accidental damage coverage with a service fee of $49). So if you get AppleCare+ and you end up breaking your watch, it'll only be $49 to replace it. AppleCare+ adds on an additional year of coverage and provides two instances of accidental damage over the two years of warranty coverage. Warranties don't cover theft, keep that in mind.

Yes. There is a factory warranty through Apple. I do also recommend that you buy Apple care with it as well.
