Yes the tablet has GPS. You can use it with the Maps application, a navigation application, or just use the tablet's location services. You can use a Bluetooth keyboard with the tablet, or use its option docking station that can connect directly to it.
It does have a GPS toggle switch with the latest update, but I have not tested it to see if it works. Yes, it has a keyboard that attaches to the side exactly like the iPad.
