        The r9 390 gigabyte is what I will be upgrading to. I have the one below it and it works with this monitor just fine.

        Only with a grip-style mount, it has no screw-mounting options from the back.

        MG279Q is an IPS screen and $50-100 more. This one is a TN screen but with a faster response time.
