Yes, as mentioned there are two slots but be aware space is very limited so if you buy an additional drive, it must be single-sided (chips on only the top side of the drive). Double-sided drives will NOT work. I tried. Asus also says you can't add more than 2 TB but I did add a 4 TB single-sided Samsung 990 Pro and it is working great. I tried a 4 TB double-sided WD Black drive and it did not work. Anything single-sided of any capacity should work.
