Yes, as mentioned there are two slots but be aware space is very limited so if you buy an additional drive, it must be single-sided (chips on only the top side of the drive). Double-sided drives will NOT work. I tried. Asus also says you can't add more than 2 TB but I did add a 4 TB single-sided Samsung 990 Pro and it is working great. I tried a 4 TB double-sided WD Black drive and it did not work. Anything single-sided of any capacity should work.

It does. It has in total, two m.2. open ssd slots. One is taken by the default drive that comes with the laptop.

This has two slots for a m.2 ssd, one of which is used for the default chip. the other is open and both are swappable
