I wouldn't do that. I actually did that a few years back and my car wouldn't start after charging the phone! (I might have had a crappy battery in the car but I sure was surprised.)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It should be fine. Your phone will be charged in 45 minutes or less. Also a lot of newer cars will turn off accessories in 15-20 minutes after you turn off your motor.
