I purchased this over a week ago and I never received an email on how to download it. Best buy website also doesn't have an option for me to download. null

I received the license key from Best Buy. I downloaded the software directly from Bitdefender and activated using the key that BB provided. Worked easily.

Hi Samuel, You should have received an activation code. Once you have the code, you need to create an account on Bitdefender Central (https://central.bitdefender.com/) to activate your subscription. Not only does the email sometimes automatically go into your Promotions folder on Gmail as another person answered, For me, the Email came from Bitdefender, Not Best Buy, so when I did a search in all folders (for an email from Best Buy) I didn't find it right away.

Hope Im not too late. I had the same issue, so if you are using gmail, the email with the license key gets categorized into the Promotions section, that’s why you are not able to find it in your Primary inbox.
