• A:Answer Here are the Blink System requirements: A non-cellular 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (name and password) and high speed Internet connection (DSL, Cable, Fiber) with a minimum 2 Mbit/sec upload speed. Unfortunately, due to high latency issues, we do not recommend using Blink with Satellite providers. Please note that Blink is unable to gain internet access on networks that require authentication through a third-party login website.

• A:Answer You can only have one username/email address and password per account however, you can download our app to as many compatible iOS, Android and Amazon Fire devices as you’d like, so the entire household can receive alerts or check in at home. When launching the app on additional devices, please use the sign in option to access the account you created on your first Blink connected mobile device. You will not have to go through the setup process again. Please note you will not be able to use Live View from multiple devices at the same time.

• A:Answer Hi Monica, you’ll need the QR code or serial number to add a Blink Mini — there isn’t another way to link it. If it’s not visible, check the bottom of the camera or the original box. If it’s missing, contact Blink support to help retrieve it or replace the device. Hope this helps!

• A:Answer Hello Justin, Yes the Blink Doorbell will chime through the Blink Mini however there is a setting that needs to be changed in the Blink App for this to work. Make sure that both devices are connected to your Wifi and Functioning first, then, from the Blink App; - Select your Doorbell from your devices - Navigate to the Doorbell's Settings - Select "Doorbell and Chime Settings" - Enable "Use Blink Mini Camera as Chime" This will get you all set to go. If these steps don't work. In both of your device settings, I would check to make sure their aren't any software updates that need to be done to the devices. I hope this helps!
