A:AnswerHello, Mike.
Thank you for your question. The SoundLink Color Bluetooth Speaker II is not engineered to play music directly from a USB flash drive. If you also have this music stored on a phone or laptop, you can stream the audio over Bluetooth from this device to the speaker. We hope this helps! Have a great day.

A:AnswerHello, there!
Thank you for your interest in the SoundLink Color Bluetooth Speaker II. You can play music simultaneously on two of these speakers. Please ensure that your iPod supports built-in Bluetooth. If you have an iPod Touch running iOS 9 or newer, you can pair the speakers using the Bose Connect app. Alternatively, the speakers can be paired manually using the steps here: https://bose.life/2pAbhMX.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at 1-800-367-4008 for further assistance. They are available M-F 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern. Thank you, and have a great day!

A:AnswerHey Rose! Thank you for your question. The SoundLink Color Bluetooth speaker II features an integrated Micro-B USB port. This allows you to use the included USB cable with a wall charger with a power requirement of 5 Volts, 0.5 Amp (1 Amp recommended). Best regards! Ashley - Bose Support
A:AnswerThe controls to operate the speaker are very simple - mostly. There are just a few buttons along the top of the speaker. Once you pair the speaker with another device (which was very easy to do following the instructions) all you press the power button to turn it on and it connects to your device. In my case, it's my Galaxy Note 8. I then play music on my phone and it comes out on the speaker. I control the volume using my phone, but there are also "+" and "-" buttons on top of the speaker. THere is a button marked with the Bluetooth symbol used to pair devices and another "multi-function" button which can do things like skip to the next song etc. This button can also be used to access my phones Google Assistant if I press it a certain way. I've only done that once though so I don't recall exactly what to do. Charging the speaker is very easy. You use a mini-USB cable to charge which can be connected to a computer or to a wall adapter. Unfortunately, this cable is not included which was disappointing, but if you're like me, you've got several of these stuck in drawers anyway, The speaker announces the battery level when you turn it on and has a battery level indicator light. I read a review suggesting that you should always recharge it when it gets about halfway down rather than letting the battery run all the way out.
A:AnswerHello BPK4990, great question! The SoundLink Color Bluetooth speaker II is engineered with Bluetooth version 4.2. In this case where Peloton has confirmed that they use Bluetooth 4.0, there should be no issue with pairing them together. Let us know how it goes, and we hope you have a great weekend! A:AnswerHi Lou,
Good question, the Wave system does not have the ability to broadcast Bluetooth to other devices. Hope this helps. Best Regards, -Emmet Bose Support

A:AnswerThank you for asking. Our SoundLink Bluetooth speakers are designed to be standalone and will not work with other speakers simultaneously. We do have a similar speaker that can accomplish this over home wifi. Here is the link: http://bit.ly/2dygvBy
A:AnswerIt's just about the same -- same sound quality -- same ease pairing it with a device -- little more durable because of the design (sits a little more sturdy) -- supposed to hold longer battery charge but haven't been able to fully test the difference -- main thing they fixed with the new one is the charging port -- on the old one, I had two where the charging port became loose to the point where it would no longer securely connect to the USB cable and would no longer charge (luckily I had gotten the 2-year Geek Squad protection on both, which was like $20 or $30 -- well worth it) -- only downside to the new one is it doesn't come with a USB wall plug -- comes with the USB cable only -- so you can charge from your computer, otherwise you have to buy a USB wall plug (or if you have the USB wall plug from the old one, it works, too)
A:AnswerReboot your phone and the speaker to pair. It should then show uo in your Bluetooth listing. If not, go to your playstore and look up Bose connect. Download.
