“so i was given a date for 10/23/2020 that it would ship. when it was the 23th it changed to will ship for the 31th and if it is not filled by then they will canceled. has anyone had this happen to you. im like if im on a waiting list do i have to re wait”

Same, I called today and opened a case with a ticket number to not cancel my order as I'm sure I'm waiting in line as well. Rep came back and said the order will not be canceled and shipping date is changed from 10/30 to 11/19...but would usually ship before then.

I tried calling about it and was transferred to 5 different representatives. It's annoying because I been buying camera gear from best buy for a while now and I always seem to have problems with my orders.
