“What is the lid holder for the whisk? I have put the middle piece intact inside and have put just the whisk on the magnetic bottom but cannot get any froth to happen, just warm milk. The instructions are not clear and I can find nothing about this.”

• Can’t answer this question. My whisk goes into the pot and whisks a frosty froth. I do use non fat or 1% milk as I have heard it froths better.
