“i got the bundle that has the keyboard,mouse and headset lights only work with the keyboard and mouse any ideas? icue can't even detect the headset it's plugged in to the rear panel with a audio splitter”

Hi, iCue is not compatible with the headset and would never be able to recognize the device, it'd be functioning normally. There are also no lights on it. If you have anything else we can help with, please reach out: support.corsair.com -Art
The headset works just fine when it's plugged into a USB port. I suggest you go with that.
