A:AnswerThere is a Windows sticker on upper corner of your tower. Scratch off to reveal the entire serial number similar to a lottery ticket.
The next part will require Internet access, goto activate windows in the control panel or simply search "activate windows" in the start menu.
Use your serial number acquired from tower and you have activated your windows.
A:AnswerI thought I had same issue because the sticker on the side of the computer had an odd grey "sticker" over part of the numbers. Looking closer I realized that the grey sticker is actually a "scratch off" and your complete windows registration number is there you just need to grab a penny or whaters, scratch it off and there ya go.
A:AnswerIf you are using an HDMI cable to connect to your display and the display has built in speakers, you can go to Windows playback devices and select the listed HDMI display as the default playback device otherwise if you will be using separate speakers to the analog audio jack then select the one listed as Speakers, Realtek High Definition Audio as the default playback device. A:AnswerThe computer does not come with a remote control, the controls to change the LEDs in the computer are actually located on the top of the case right under the flap. To change the color of the keyboard LEDs click the button to the right of the "right ALT" key, that should cycle through the colors. If you have any further concerns please feel free to get in touch with our support team; we're happy to address any questions you have.
