Are you sure it's connected right? I know when my husband barley has the sound turned up on ours (like four or five clicks) the floors are rattling upstairs and I can hear the tv on the other side of the house. It's an awesome sound system. Check your connections again. I think something may not be paired right.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't know about the remote but I'm not happy about the volume either but on some movies it rock the bass you can feel it plenty of volume average shows or movies nothing special but music off my phone wow add a couple w7.4speakers
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to realize a soundbar can only produce so much sound. I think it’s great as soundbars go. For some reason I could not get it to pair with my xfinity remote. But I doubt that would make a difference.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not having any issues with volume. Not sure the highest number but we run between 6 and 14. Any higher and my wife yells at me that its too loud ;-) I use it mostly to watch TV via DirectTv or Roku or a BluRay player. You should contact them and discuss options. Our first one had some issues with powering on. The tech was super nice but in the end nothing they could do. I went back to Best Buy and did a replacement and couldn't be happier after 2 months of use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just hooked up this system and it is truly the closest thing in the store to Bose, especially for half the price. (Of course Bose is the top of the line, but doublt the price.) I only turned my volume to 4 or 5 and like the response it is heard all over the house. it only has a power cord and a digital plug, so there should be no way to hook it up wrong? Great sound and deep bass!
