“I bought this by Sep, 2019. Got some screen issues and trying to reach the DELL technical support. The DELL systems nor their customer care doesn't not recognize this product Service Tag or the express service code.. Anyone facing this issue ?”

Take it to Best Buy. The Geek squad may be able to help you. I always buy the warranty. It has helped my on more than one item I purchased. When you contact Dell by phone choose the option to speak to the sales department. Do not choose repair or tech support.
