- Answer I had the same issue, I had to clean mine with water and vinegar. After, coffee tasted normal.

QuestionMachine won’t do double shots? Regular shot is fine but when I attempt to use the larger filter to do a double shot, the machine clogs or something and nothing comes out. Am I missing something?

- Answer Could be a clog on double filter. Hold up to light and see you if you can see light. If not use a pin to clean it. Also be sure the coffee you use is an espresso grind.

QuestionCan you wash the Milk Frother with soap and water by taking it apart from the machine?

- Answer The chrome/metal part can be removed as it covers the actual steamer nozzle which is a rubber part that also can be removed to be cleaned. Hope this helps.

QuestionI have used this machine once but I also turned it on before to make sure it worked , but I noticed both times a subtle burning plastic smell? Not sure if I have something in place wrong or if it’s just the machine ?

- Answer This happened to me as well, but it went away after a few uses! When I purchased an air fryer, I experienced the same thing, but in the pamphlet it said that it’s perfectly normal and will go away. So I believe it’s the same with this espresso maker.
