A:AnswerPerhaps I didn’t explain correctly. There is quite a bit of water along with the Espresso grounds that never drains properly. So instead of throwing out used grounds, it’s a soupy mess.

A:AnswerThere are 3 steel cups that come with the machine. Each one serves a purpose, a 2 cup and 1 cup amount and one for the pods. I don’t recommend the pods, just just coffee directly, it will taste much better.
