Did You Buy Before Or After Release Date?? If You Bought AFTER And Did Not PRE ORDER Then That Is Why....If You Did Pre Order...Possibly Check Your Junk Mail And Also Know IT Will BE A Completely Separate Email Not A Reply To The Same Email.......Hope This Helps
