A:AnswerThe short answer is no. There is no place to put a cd and have the printer print the label. But there are great options for printing cd covers that can then be placed on the cd. I used to have one of those printers that could print directly on a cd, it was a nice feature.
A:AnswerYou need to upgrade your Mac's operating system. Running Mac OS 10.6.8 is archaic. The latest operating system is 10.12.1 First upgrade your software to 10.7.5 then download Sierra that will resolve your issue. If you need further assistance Contact Apple tech support they will guide you on upgrading your operating system for you.
A:AnswerWithout a cd drive you can download the software from Epson's website. This printer comes with 8 bottles of ink. 4 marked initial and 4 refill bottles. After which replacement bottles range from $12-$18 each. Its equivalent to 50 ink cartridges.
A:AnswerI don't believe so. The caps are a sort of rubberized plastic. They make a good seal. They do warn you of transporting the unit(if you move). They supply a travel bag in case of accidental spills.
A:AnswerSorry non of the eco tank models have the ability to print on disc, sucks I was looking for that feature before buying this printer but I have a epson xp-810 that does print on disc.
A:AnswerYes you can you first must download the software from this to your computer. Using over USB is easy and there is a mobile app as well that can scan and print to and from as well. Over wifi I have not tried or have a need for.
A:AnswerAs always ink yield is variable, but at roughly 12.00 USD per color and 17.00 USD for the black even 50% less than the estimates you still save. I know this is not a "Does it really" answer but what are your printing needs over a year and how many ink cartridges will you buy? I was running about 0.10 cents USD per page and that was going up as I had to buy multipaks of the ink or buy multiples of single color online to justify shipping costs. The box comes with two bottles of each color.
A:AnswerI researched all about the ink bottles prior to purchasing my machine. A set of traditional ink cartridges for my previous Epson unit ran $58 for the 3 colors plus black high capacity. My ET-4550 comes with 4 starter bottles (3-color, 1 black) and included a full set of the full-size replacement bottles. Near me both Best buy and Staples carry the ink bottles. i'm sorry the prices for the bottles were low enough that I didn't make note of them exactly. What I did note wee that the bottles provide way more ink than cartridges and will last for several months if not into year. I think the bottles were like $14 for any one color (you need 3) and $19 for a very large black bottle.
