You can see your estimated oxygen variation through the night. You have to sync to the app for that level of data but you do not need a subscription.

This only gives the nightly average SpO2 with the basic level.  I don't know what is available with the premium level.

You dont neeed the subscription and yes it records your O2 level while you sleep.
