“Hello cannot get watch to come got my account set keep saying i need to download but everything is set up the battery is charge up blue tooth is set up but can't get watch to work what am i doing wrong please help thanks”

Hey Jack. Make sure your phone and smartwatch is near each other. Pull up the versa 3 download and Just follow the prompts. Everything that's downloaded on your phone will show on your watch. If you go on YouTube it shows you step by step directions. Good luck and Merry Christmas.
