• Yes, it does. It is a main feature listed in the overview. I own this product and it tracks accurately and consistently vs fitbit in my experience.

• Yes, it tracks heart rate and I feel it's better than my Fitbit Blaze. It has 3 sensors rather than 2 for the Blaze.

• Yup. Has a wrist detector and can be set up with an HR band via bluetooth or ANT+

• Yes it shows instant heart rate, a graph of past 4 hours on screen and also via the phone app you can view all the history
