We would like to assist with your microwave not starting. We recommend checking to make sure that the fuse isn’t blown or the circuit breaker hasn’t tripped. There is more troubleshooting information in the manual on page 14. You can find the manual on the Best Buy website by going to the features tab and scroll down to use and care manual, english.

One thing I have noticed is that after it finishes heating, I need to press the Cancel/Clear button before starting another cycle. If I don’t, the controls sometimes don’t respond as expected. You may want to try that first. If it still isn’t working, unplugging it for a few minutes to reset it may help. If the problem continues, there could be an issue with the keypad or control panel.
