Hi habit- The washer is equipped with caster wheels. This allows you to easily maneuver and store the portable washer between uses. This portable washer has a small footprint so perfect for small spaces that won't fit a full size washer. It offers 2.8 DOE cu. ft. capacity (A full size washer ranges from 3.8 cu. ft. to 5.0 cu. ft.) It will accommodate approximately 14 lbs. The Unicouple hose is approximately 60". The washer is top load. Height needed for lid to raise 90 Degrees is 45 1/2". Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy does not train the installers to set this up for use as a portable machine. I have so many issues! I am furious! Supposedly, the casters are fantastic. However, the washer has two front feet that are larger than the casters. Consequently, the front wheels do not make contact with the floor. The machine cannot be wheeled in any direction with the feet still attached. The "installer" kindly tipped the machine backward so I could look at the casters. They do not rotate. If the feet can be removed (hoping to find someone who knows about this), the machine will only roll forward and backward. That is a huge inconvenience for my logistics. According to the installer, the hose extension is the wrong size. It cost over $30 and required several hours of research. Now, it needs to be returned--according to the installer who has zero experience or training on using this product as a portable. He could not attach the hose extension to either drain hose that comes with the machine. Consequently, I need to use the drain hose that is designed for permanent installation. That means I have one too many hoses because the "portable" drain hose is permanently affixed to the fill hose. If I drag the heavy machine as close to the sink as possible for my situation, I need to lift the front off the floor a little and I rotate it before pushing it as close as possible to the sink. Then, the drain hose barely reaches the sink and does not drape downward. When it fills with water, I am absolutely certain it will shoot water across my kitchen instead of draining into the sink. The installer thought he fixed this by using zip ties to attach the drain hose to the fill hose. However, that leaves me with three hoses which became tangled when I tried to rotate the machine and push it out of the way. So, I had to cut the zip ties to untangle the excessive number of hoses. If I have to pay someone to find a hose that is the correct size and pay someone to remove the feet and pay someone to make certain this works, I will be beyond furious. I purchased a portable machine from Best Buy many, many years ago when I was employed. I had to pay someone to set it up properly. Now, I am unemployed and nearly used all of my savings. Sad that Best Buy has not changed. I believe my best option is to find a dolly that can hold the machine when it is full of water and clothes. Then, I will remove the current drain hose and attach the one that is combined with the fill hose. What are the odds I can find such a dolly? Obviously, no one at Best Buy knows. Best Buy--please stop selling products without providing proper training to your employees. This is not the delivery person's fault. He was very nice and wanted to help.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Is this machine big enough for to wash a queen size comforter ?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The appliance comes with four small casters (a/k/a wheels) that roll forward and backward only. Additionally, it has two stationary feet in front of the front casters. Knowing that I need to roll the appliance out of the way when not in use, the delivery person installed two front feet higher than the front wheels. Consequently, it can only be rolled backward. It is a stationary appliance and misrepresented as portable. Why would I want to roll it backward only??? If you scroll down, you will see that I asked about this and was told that the feet cannot be removed. Also, it cannot be placed on a dolly for mobility. It is stationary and blocking my dining area.
