Hi- This is Sue at GE Appliances. Thanks for viewing! Model PWE23KSKSS features an internal water dispenser located on the left wall inside the refrigerator compartment. Delivers filtered water with one touch. Thanks for checking with us!

Yes, there is a water dispenser inside the upper lefthand side inside the fridge. However, it does require a lot of pressure on the button, in order to activate the water switch. But, the fridge has been great and very, very, quite and with great even temperature.
