When I tried to download the file, I received a serious message that the H&R site was blocked by my Malwarebytes antivirus. After several attempts to get into the site, I switched from using Microsoft Edge to Google Chrome. After the switch, I was able to access the site and get the download. The download execution prompt appeared on the bottom left corner of the screen. Hope this helps.

Please try again later.TO GO to download site TYPE the GetHRBlock.com/CRNS in the "address search bar"....NOT the search engine box, Because that will only go to the Regular HRBlock website where there are no place to download pre-purchased tax prep programs......The instructions DO NOT SPECIFY this and took me an hour on my own to figure this out. The People that write these pamphlets do NOT realize this error or that" visit this website" is not a good instruction.
