I found my code through the email i was sent for my free subscription.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Be glad your credit card wasn't immediately charged like mine was for an HBO product I didn't want. You can only enter the code once and it is case sensitive and spaces must be entered exactly or it will not be recognized. Check to make sure it was entered exactly. If it wasn't you should be able to enter it properly again since you never really got it right the first time. Check your email for the code that was sent or your receipt. I hope that helps.
