Page 9 of the Use and Care Manual, which can be found in the "From the Manufacturer" section, has a few troubleshooting tips in the "Clothes take too long to dry" section. If these tips don't help, we recommend calling our GE Appliances Consumer Services at 1-877-959-8688 (Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. ET, Saturday - Sunday: Closed) to schedule a service appointment. A:AnswerHey there - thanks for reaching out about this great Hotpoint Dryer! We can confirm that this model is rated for 22,000 BTUs of heat per hour for Natural Gas. Converting to LP Gas may change the BTU rating. If you want to convert to propane gas, the conversion must be performed by a qualified propane gas installer. The rear panel can be removed, should it need to be replaced by service but is not intended to be removed for installation.
