A:AnswerYes, you can upgrade the ram. It takes DDR4-RAM-2400MHz, PC4-19200 1.2V 260 Pin SO-DIMM RAM. There is 2 ram slots available, so I put an 8GB in one slot and a 4GB in the other slot and it works great. Windows shows 12 gb's of ram available. You will have to remove the entire bottom of the laptop to get to the ram slots. Simply unscrew the 2 screws on the bottom and then carefully remove the rubber strips on the bottom to expose more screws that need to be unscrewed and then use a slim credit card to shimmy the bottom off through the crevices on the sides, all around the laptop. It will take some gentle work to get it off but once it is off you will be able to see the ram slots. Unfortunately, there is no area to upgrade your ssd or hard drive at all. After you insert your ram, you can put the bottom back on until it snaps back in to place and put all the screws back in and also, don't forget to put the rubber strip back on. You are now upgraded :) This is for the HP AMD-A9, 4gb ram, 128ssd laptop.

A:AnswerLaptop is good for the price. However it feels a little on the slow end when it comes to surfing the web and handling websites that are image intensive. Online shopping was a little cumbersome as images were slow to load.
A:AnswerMicrosoft Edge wouldn't let me change it. I had to take it into Best Buy so they could take it out of S mode. That S mode is the worst thing going. It's not compatible with banks , etc. You also can't download anything unless it is Microsoft. Have that taken out of your computer as soon as possible! Best Buy did not charge me anything for doing it.
A:AnswerHey!
You surely can load Windows 10 full version on your laptop. You’ll need to sign in with a Microsoft account or create a Microsoft account then go to the Microsoft store and activate the full version of Windows. It take less than 5 minutes to complete the entire process. Good luck!
